MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION - 2008-2009
Our membership chair is Sheila Gokey - 802-365-7012 or godavis@verizon.net. Kendra Brooks is assisting Sheila again this year and will be available to issue TMA’s. Call her at 802-365-4415. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help in the membership process this year. Sheila and Kendra are volunteering and will spend many hours doing memberships but they also are busy with their own lives. To prevent them from being inundated with phone calls, you can assist by doing the following:
Send forms and money AHEAD OF TIME (like, NOW) with a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE. This will help and will get you on the trails quicker with no waiting.
TO PAY FOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP ONLY –
Send $10 per member and the name that should appear on the membership card. Children under 16 are free. Please include a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE and mail to:

For TMA’s –
Resident TMA – The following may purchase resident TMA’s:
• A Vermont resident whose snowmobile is registered in Vermont. They must provide a copy
of their Vermont registration.
• A non-resident who owns property in Vermont and whose snowmobile is also registered in Vermont. They must provide a copy of their Vermont snowmobile registration as well as a copy of their Vermont town tax bill.
NON-Resident TMA – The following individuals shall purchase a non-resident TMA:
• All non-residents that do not own property in Vermont. Must show a valid copy of the snowmobile registration.
• Vermont residents whose snowmobiles are not registered in Vermont.
• Non-resident Vermont property owners whose snowmobiles are not registered in Vermont.
